Steps for the Zippy setup:- 

1) Install the Zippy from the Shopify App Store.

    On successful installation, you will be redirected to Zippy Dashboard.

2) Navigate to the Sets page.

 

There will already be a "default set". Make sure its status is set to On.


3) Edit the default set-


  • Set Name: Rename the "set name" just for your reference. It'll not be visible publicly. 
  • ZIP Code Setting: Select if you have a product or collection specific zipcode list (⭐ Paid Feature)
  • Select Rule Type: If you just want to restrict a list of zipcodes then you can select the Blacklist option. Else, you can add serviceable zip codes and select the WhiteList option.
  • Add Zipcodes: We provide 3 ways to input zip codes, You can use any or all of them at your convenience. 


  • Now enter the confirmation messages for serviceable and non-serviceable ZIP Code.
  • You can also add a few custom messages for Shipping Duration, Cash on Delivery, and Returns policy.  (⭐ Paid Feature)
  • Make ZIP Code Check Compulsory: Turn on the Make ZIP Code Check Compulsory button only if you want to make ZIP Code Check Compulsory. It will disable the "Add to Cart" button until the serviceable zip code has been entered.
  • Please have a look at the preview and Click on the SAVE NOW button to save all your changes.


4) Customize your ZIP code widget: 

  • Navigate to the Appearance menu at the sidebar.

  • Select the widget type for customization. We offer an inline and popup widget.

  • Here you can customize the appearance of the widget. Change the widget headline, icons, colors borders, and more as per your need. 



5) Control Widget Positioning and Activation Setting

  • Go to the Settings page, choose widget positions where you want to appear zippy widget on your store. 

  • We offer 3 options, Product Page, Cart Page, and Popup. If you don't want to display a zippy widget at any particular section, just select the "None" option.
  • Display Rules: You can create your own exclusion rules if you want to hide the Zippy widget on any specific product page.
  • You can now enable the app from the ACTIVATION SETTING section on the Settings page or from the quick switch button on the top beside the Current Plan card.

7) Woohoo.. Your setup is complete and you can check it on your store now.


Note:- Default settings of Zippy may not always be compatible with every store. In case it is not working from the above setup, write to us for the setup. After a few customizations from our side, it will work fine on your store.
